Alpha is powered by Wali Intelligent Support Engine, and we are training the engine to be smarter. So every ticket you submit helps improve your next interaction.

Slack:
Slack is an internal communication tool. For example, you can send a reminder to Alpha on Slack if your ticket is urgent and need to be responded to on time.

Training Center:
The training center is a great resource for you to be successful at Wali. If you have any business-development-related questions, start with the training center. The supporting team is constantly updating the training center based on the feedback from Alpha.

Demo Preparation:
When you think you are ready to have a demo call with potential clients, demo preparation is the resource for you to brainstorm ideas or get feedback on your pitch. One of the experienced sales will be there to help you.
When you schedule a demo preparation, make sure you attach your client proposal under "Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting" before you schedule your preparation session.
