This document acts as a baseline for your understanding. Business owners/decision makers have different experiences with data-centric solutions. It's our job to explain our data-centric solution in the langue they can understand since they are from different backgrounds and industries. We want to share the technology we have and support them to be the leader in their industry. 

We recommend you read this while you look at the use case and the pricing calculator. If you want to get some insights/suggestions to help you answer potential questions from clients, you can always submit your questions vis the supporting system. We also suggest you think about the benefit and potential risks without these features in the language of your clients before walking them through features.

Core Feature

The core feature is the data-driven foundation for any strategy features.  Wali promotes statistical decisions over none data-backed decisions.  

Customer Personas - Dimensions: 

Definition: Dimensions define the type of data we analyze for the clients. Included but not limited to Demographic, Geographic, Psychographic, Value-based, Behavioral, Needs-based, Value-based, and more.  

Customer Personas - Channels:

Definition: All the channels we collect customer interaction data. Included but not limited to social media, website pop-up, a chatbot on the website, email enrollment, and more.  

Customer Personas - Data points:

Definition: Result of our analytics. Base on the dimensions. We recommend starting with 3 - 5 data points for each dimension. 

Use case: Marketing ads campaign target audience, keywords. Potential market location and ROI. 

Customer Personas - Partnership Customer Personas.

Definition: Partnerships always act as a great traffic source for business if this is done correctly. This feature analyzes customer personas on the partnership to build better and long-lasting relationships. (Social media influencers, bloggers, vloggers, news/media partnerships.)

Customer Personas - Partnership Potential Market Persona:

Definition: Some partner seems to be a great match for the brand. However, the traffic is self, for example, the followers or readers are actually don't match with the brand. This feature keeps analyzing the matching rate between the client's business and partnership potential market.

Strategy Feature 

Strategy decision  - Digital Campaign:

Definition: Create content and launch digital campaigns using the data from the Core feature. 

Strategy decision - Digital Campaign - stages:

Definition: Stages are another layer on the customer persona and this directly contributes to the success of a campaign. We create campaigns targeting customers who are at different journey stages. Each stage weighs differently depending on the client's company stages.
