ESSENTIAL TOOLS: When and how to submit a ticket

We use ticketing as an internal supporting tool. Our intelligent assistant Alpha helps with your questions or routes your questions/requests to the right team.


Here are the steps to submit a ticket: 


First, you can reach out to Alpha by the chatting tool on the right side. 

Once you submit your ticket by describing your ask, such as IT support, sales/demo rehearsal, contract review, and more, you will receive a notification of ticket creation.  


If you have an urgent request and don't hear any response within 24 hours, you can ping Alpha with your ticket number on Slack. Alpha automatically prioritizes your ticket.
