You should receive an email from Wali with the Wali Email account and temporary password. If you did not receive your Wali Email account with a temporary password, please submit a ticket on the business development portal.

Please go to https://mail.zoho.com/, and then log in using your Wali Email account and password. You will be asked to update the password the first time you log in using the Wali Email. If you have difficult to login using the temporary password, please submit a ticket on the business development portal.

It is highly encouraged that you add Wali Email into your mobile phone so that you won't miss any message from prospects.
