In the beginning, you may receive reminder emails for each step as a reference to help your first deal. However, you are not required to follow the steps below; instead, it is encouraged your create your customized pipeline and routine process to improve efficiency after you are familiar with the service and products Wali provides.
Before get your first deal done
The Goal for Week 1 - 2
- Get familiar with tools
- Gain a basic understanding of our products
- Attend training session
- Reach out sequences review via Alpha
- Kick-off sequence/Cold calling process
- Get familiar with the training center
The Goal for Week 2 - 3
- Demo rehearsal & sales proposal setup
- First sales meetings with potential business clients
The Goal for Week 3 - 6
- Follow-up meetings with potential business clients
- If it is not the budget planning period of the potential business client, then make a note of the coming budget planning period, and follow up with the potential business client at the proper time. You might want to move the business to an appropriate stage of the pipeline for reference.
- This phase could last 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the company size.
The Goal for Week 4 - 9.
- Price negotiation or any data compliance issues
- Contract review and signed
- This phase could last 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the company size.
