Wali mainly focuses on evaluating the below skills. Below is listed in the evaluation order. It’s recommended that you focus on demonstrating the below skill. To start, you are welcome to set up discovery calls in any form you feel comfortable with. Such as cold calls, email campaigns. However, we don’t recommend you focus on building CRM or email campaigns. If you need to run any email campaigns to get your first discovery meeting, you can request the operation team to run email campaigns for you. You will receive a reply when customers respond.

Interpersonal skill
Sales professional is able to lead the conversation with the client
Sales professional is able to guild prospect by talking about their pain points
Sales professional is able to understand customer’s budget range
Evaluation strategy:
Discovery call
Evaluation Parameter 2:
Priority: 2 (High)
Objection handling skill
Sales professional is able to handle customers' objections throughout the sales process
Sales professional is able to handle any price related objections
Evaluation Strategy:
Discovery call, proposal call, and closing
Evaluation Parameter 3:
Priority: 3 (High)
Collaboration skill
Sales professional is able to collaborate with sales engineers on client proposals.
Sales professional is able to become a reliable source of truth about clients’ pain points.

Discovery call, proposal call, rehearsal call, and closing
Evaluation Parameter 4:
Priority: 4 (Less)
Sales professional is able to create a draft proposal
Sales professional shows a deep understanding of Wali product and the virtual twin concept.

Once you have gone through the above process and met your monthly quota, you can switch to a full-time position if you’d like. You are still eligible to become a sales manager as a commission member, as long as you have closed 18 qualified deals.
