ESSENTIAL TOOLS: How to Set Up CRM

After you successfully closed the first deal, please submit a ticket to request company CRM access.

Once approved, you will receive an invitation to join Wali CRM sent to your Wali Email. Please accept the invitation by following the instruction in the Email.

You can access CRM on Portal.

Please set Wali's CRM to be your default CRM, so that you won't miss any leads and contacts assigned to you from the org account.

Click the icon on the top right, as shown below

Then click Manage, you will go to org list page. On this page, please set org765113421 to be default org
